Please allow for a processing time of 2 business days. All orders will be shipped using Canada Post Regular Parcel, unless a faster shipping method is selected at checkout. Orders to PO boxes will not be accepted.
Prices are listed in CAD. Payments can be made via PayPal or credit card, processed securely through Shopify Payments.You will get an email confirmation once your payment has been received, and another email with your tracking number when your order has been packed. Please allow three to five working days for the activation of your tracking number.
We do not provide return labels, you will be responsible for returning the item(s). Please email this.life.inc@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and return tracking number once it is shipped out.
Items returned within 14 days of their delivery date in new and unused condition will be eligible for a refund. Shipping and handling is not refundable and all sale items are final purchase. The company reserves the right to reject returns if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the customer is attempting to return worn items, return multiple items that were purchased with the intention of resale, or for any other exploitation of this return policy.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s). This includes the cost of the return label and any other import or brokerage fees that are applied when the return is shipping from outside of Canada. Any return that is shipped and requires the payment of courier/freight costs upon return will be refused and not accepted.
If you would like to exchange your item(s) for any reason, please place a new order for those items and return the original item(s) to us. We will issue a refund upon receipt.
